You retain ownership of the prompts, image or video references, and other materials you submit, as well as the outputs you generate, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
You are solely responsible for:
- The legality and rights status of any prompts, uploads, references, and outputs.
- Reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, or using them in commercial or regulated contexts.
- Ensuring that your use of outputs complies with intellectual property, privacy, advertising, and platform rules.
You do not obtain ownership of the underlying models, infrastructure, software, or service materials used to operate Veo 4 AI.
